Be able to evaluate research data used by media institutions.
Techniques and Methods:
- Primary- Data that you have got/found out yourself.
- Secondary- Data that you get from someone else.
- Qualitative- Only getting a small amount of data but very detailed data.
- Quantitive- Getting a lot of data that is statistics or a simple yes or no.
- Media companies do research into their target market to see what they like and/or dislike.
